PASTRY SPRAY GUN HOTCHOC-550 ML/40WATT, KREBS, SWISS MADE
The HOTCHOC gun has been specially designed to spray a mixture of 50% chocolate / 50% cocoa butter. A special heating ring surrounds the nozzle and keeps the chocolate liquid. The insulated cover surrounding the cup and the nozzle slows down the cooling of the chocolate. Its power (40 WATTS) and its special spiral piston ensure a more uniform spray.
Each HOTCHOC gun is supplied with:
– a 550 ml cup,
– a curved nozzle extension
– a heating ring for the nozzle an insulating cover for the nozzle
– an insulating cover for the cup a round nozzle N° 6
