IMPORTANT • When using blued sheet plates, it is advisable to season them before first use.
The blued sheet should be lightly greased between each use with a good quality food grade grease.
Plates should be stored in a dry environment.
Rust may appear if the plates remain in a humid environment or if they are not carefully dried after washing; this does not mean that the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect.
